Looking back on the journey that Chapi Tours has taken, I am deeply humbled by how far we’ve come since our early days. We began in a small office above a bakery in Hanoi back in 2013, fueled by our passion to connect people with the beauty and culture of Vietnam.

Thanks to your support, we grew, moving into a lively office on Nghi Tam Road, reaching new heights, after a few years of operations. Then, like many others, we faced unprecedented challenges with the pandemic, and our doors closed for nearly two years. But here we are, reborn and more determined than ever, ready to bring you the authentic, sustainable experiences that have always defined us.

Our mission remains true to its roots: to share Vietnam’s spirit, from its stunning landscapes and vibrant culture to its rich culinary traditions, while preserving the natural and cultural heritage that make it special. Sustainability has always been our guiding principle, and as we move forward, we’re also excited to establish the Chapi Foundation, a dream we’ve held from the start. Through this foundation, we aim to support children in Vietnam’s remote areas, providing educational opportunities and resources to brighten their futures.
