I found their quote to be very reasonably priced. From my first email to Mr Nam he was very helpful. He helped organised a tour to Sapa that suited my travel dates, answered any questions I had and reassured my initial concerns regarding the homestay, bus trip and overnight train journey as a solo female traveller. The level of service I received through Mr Nam and Chapi Tours was very high. "We were desperately looking to get a tourist visa for China. As foreigners, it was really hard to get it by ourselves, but we reached Nam (the manager) and he was so professional and helpful. With a blink of an eye, he got us our visas and it only took him a week to get them. I would recommend them every time.
